Products are fulfilled and shipped from our trusted EU-based fulfillment partners.
2. Products
We sell apparel and accessories such as hoodies, T-shirts and related items.
All product images are for illustration purposes only. Minor variations in color or print may occur.
If a product is unavailable after ordering, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise and include applicable VAT where required.
We accept secure online card payments processed by Stripe.
NEK Shop does not store or access full card information at any time.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are produced on demand.
Production time: 2–5 business days.
Once produced, the items are transferred to the carrier for delivery.

5. Shipping
Delivery times depend on the destination country and local carrier operations.
Any delivery delays caused by customs or courier services are outside of our responsibility.
If you do not receive your shipment within the estimated timeframe, please contact us.
6. Returns & Refunds
Each item is created on demand after your order is placed, which means returns for reasons such as choosing the wrong size or simply changing your mind are not supported.
However, if your product arrives damaged, misprinted or incorrect, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
