SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We ship to customers within the European Union using third-party fulfillment centers.
All orders are produced on demand — the item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.


1. Shipping locations

We currently ship to most EU countries.
Some destinations may be excluded depending on carrier availability.


2. Fulfillment time

Typical fulfillment time: 2–7 business days
(Production may take slightly longer during holidays or high-volume periods.)

Once your item is fulfilled, it is shipped immediately.


3. Delivery times

Estimated delivery after fulfillment:

European Union 3–10 business days

These are estimates — delays may occur due to customs processing, remote areas, holidays, or carrier issues.

Total estimated delivery time = Fulfillment + Shipping


4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.


5. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Number of items ordered

  • Product type

Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly shown in the cart.


6. Multiple shipments

If you order several items, they may arrive in separate packages.
Different items may come from different fulfillment centers.


7. Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before finalizing the order.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

8. Customs fees (if applicable)

Orders shipped within the EU should not incur customs taxes or duties.
If any additional fees apply locally – they are the responsibility of the customer.


9. Lost packages

If your order has not arrived after 30 days from shipping – contact us and we will assist you.
