1. Made-to-order production
Each item is created after your order is placed, which means we cannot accept returns for:

Minor variations in color or print
To ensure the best fit, please check the size charts on product pages before ordering.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or the wrong item was shipped:

3. Lost shipments
If your order does not arrive within 30 days after fulfillment, please contact us and we will assist you with a remake or refund, depending on the situation.
4. Wrong address provided
If the delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect, undeliverable, or not updated before shipping:

5. Return procedure
Do not send items back to the address shown on the shipping label.
